The Project 2024

Texas Parents is always looking for ways to create community for UT parents and families. In collaboration with the student-led "The Project," we've come up with a great idea that blends spending quality time with your Longhorn, building Longhorn Community and honoring a 25-year-old, beloved UT tradition.

We invite you to come to Austin the first weekend in November to volunteer alongside your Longhorn and others in the Longhorn Nation at UT's largest day of service. Parents, families and their students will volunteer on Saturday, November 2. Texas Parents will host a Volunteer Celebration Luncheon on campus on Sunday, November 3. All are welcome! You do not need to be a Texas Parents Association member to join us.

We’ll provide FAQs and other information soon. We encourage you to sign up today and contact our office with any questions. The link below will take you to the Texas Parents Volunteers sign-up form (NOTE: You'll need your student's UT EID to complete the form). Student volunteers sign up separately, and details can be found here along with more information on The Project.
