The University understands the importance of keeping parents/families informed and connected from enrollment through graduation and has created a department specifically to support this important work. Texas Parents is a department in the Division of Student Affairs dedicated to helping the parents/families of all undergraduate students through every phase of their Longhorn's journey. One of the departments responsibilities is managing the Texas Parents Association, the University's official association of undergraduate parents/families. Please choose to belong and sign up today. Memberships are set up per household, allowing one or two parents in the same household to enjoy benefits no matter how many students you have at UT Austin.

If your student is starting in the 2026 spring semester or a have current undergraduate student at the University, membership opened on January 1, 2025 in our new Texas Parents and Families Portal!

As a self-sustaining department, these gifts are vital as they fund the operation of the Texas Parents department and are also reinvested into the UT community your Longhorn calls home. With a tax-deductible gift to the Texas Parents Association, you can sign up for a Four-Year or Transfer supporting membership.

How to Sign-up for Membership:

1. Go to www.texas.campusesp.com
2. Click on the "Sign Up" link
3. Create your own personal account
4. Once your profile is complete, you can select "discover communities" on the left side of your screen under the "I'd like to..." menu where you can tailor your experience and access to campus resources. 

5. Under the communities you will find the "Texas Parents Association Members" community and click on the community in order to join!

   
6. Once on the page you will be prompted to sign up for membership.
7. Complete your membership profile and payment.
8. Thank you for choosing to belong to Texas Parents!
