Family Orientation Student Leaders (Summer Employment)
Family Orientation is a one-day program occurring on the first day of student orientation that is designed to introduce parents and families to the university and the resources available. The Family Orientation Student Leaders (FOSL) will serve as UT ambassadors to orientation attendees and assist with the execution of this program.

Student Office Assistant, Generalist
Provide office support for Texas Parents staff. Greet visitors, answer the phone, manage reception traffic and answer questions from all UT parents and families, students, faculty, staff and the general public. Assist with special projects and administrative tasks in preparation for and execution of Texas Parents programs and events. Experience with Microsoft Office is encouraged. Other duties as assigned.

Student Office Assistant, Communications
In addition to the duties outlined in the Student Office Assistant, Generalist description, this position will also help to create and distribute messaging to parent constituencies and the UT community. Assist in preparing content for the monthly Texas Parents eNewsletter; push out messages through various channels, such as posters and digital slides; assist with preparation for special events; monitor websites for accuracy and consistency; write articles and editorials; and fulfill other duties as assigned.
